- Advanced CATaloguer Pro version and build (from the About menu).
- Advanced CATaloguer Pro registration code or user ID (if you are a registered
user) - This will help us process your request faster.
- Where did you get Advanced CATaloguer Pro from (what http or ftp site).
- Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003 version (including service packs and other fixes
installed), US or International, OEM or not.
- Computer information: CPU type and speed and amount of memory installed.
- Description of your problem (as much information as possible describing the problem).
- Any additional information which may help: The type of your hard drive,
size and type of the partitions, versions of drivers in use (e.g. for Iomega
ZIP drive) size of your media collection etc.
